Rasa Birutiene was born in 1966 in Lithuania.
She graduated from Vilnius university in 1990 and obtained a Master degree in Law.
Rasa Birutiene have work in Ministry of Justice from 1990 till 1992, after that she worked as a public Notary in Vilnius, and she is currently working as a Notary in private office in Vilnius. She is an active member in the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries.
Rasa Birutiene have been a member of the Vilnius Zonta club since 2004, she served as vice president, and from 2014 till 2016 she was elected as a President of Vilnius Zonta club.
In her personal life, Rasa is married and has daughter.
Rasa is an active in social life and intrested in travelling, reading books, also sport. She is also being intrested in learning about cultures of world.
